The roots are deep. The family tree is wide and rich with ancestors who pioneered the real estate industry. In 1886, Fred Fox, Sr. founded Fox Real Estate in Center City Philadelphia. In 1922, George Emlen Launched Emlen & Company, also in Philadelphia. In 1948, Bob and Charlie Roach, home builders, became Roach Brothers Realtors…And the family tree includes Wheeler Williams Real Estate and Fox & Lazo and Emlen Wheeler. By 1997, the Fox, Roach, Flick, Wheeler, and Glendinning family companies merged to form Fox and Roach Realtors where distinguished real estate history and deep family pride inspires the surviving sons and grandsons and partners as they continue to work in the day-to-day operations of the new firm that they just created, Prudential Fox & Roach Realtors. In 2004, Larry Flick, CEO of Prudential Fox & Roach Realtors, Gerry Griesser and Jim Waters became the sole owners of PFRR. This powerful trio continues to grow the company providing innovative and continued exceptional service while furnishing successful navigating strategies through challenging economic situations.
