    • Propane Tank Replacement And Installation


    • Moving Furniture (per person needed / per hour)


    • Jumping Automobiles (using jumper cables)


    • Replacing Broken Small Appliances


    • Call A Service Vendor Of Owner’s Choice (after checking problem at property plus following up on repairs and coordinating these repairs with owner and tenants/guest)


    • Returning Lost And Found To Departed Tenant (includes pick up from property, packing and shipping material, and delivery to postal carrier)


    • Technical Support for Phones, T.V, DVD & VHS (Standard Set-Up and Standard Installation – We are not trained Technicians but have some aptitude in set-up)


    • Saturday Rental Turn Over And General Property Check (This does not include change over cleaning but "visual" damage reporting and cleaning check to make sure property is ready for the next incoming guest or owner)


    • Emergency Cleaning Only On Saturday Rental Change Over In Summer


    • Beach Tag Acquisition In Spring and Replacement In Summer If Lost


    • Installing Wall Mounted Battery Operated Smoke Detectors and Carbon monoxide Detectors


    • Installing, Replacing and or Servicing Fire Extinguisher


    • Replacement Service Of Minor Property Materials:


      1. Light Bulbs - Purchase and Install During Rental Season
      2. Replace Batteries In Smoke, CO Detectors, T.V-DVD Remotes, etc.
      3. Trash Cans - Purchase and Deliver To Property
      4. Silverware/Dishes/Glasses/Pots & Pans, etc Purchase and Deliver
      5. Broken and or Damaged Small Furniture Purchase and Deliver
      6. Screen Repair and or Replacement
      7. Etc.
    • Winter Greeting Service (Turning On Heat/Lights/Water) For Owner Weekend Visits Prior To Arrival (Water Turn Off Owner’s Responsibility When They Leave)


    • Pre-Storm Property Visit To Secure All Deck/Porch Furniture, Trash Cans/ Umbrellas etc. In Preparation For High Winds And Rain
