Donna Heyn Wilson grew up in New Jersey and attended Collingswood High School, achieving outstanding success as an athlete. An inductee in the first Collingswood Athletic Hall of Fame, Donna went on to further her education at Glassboro State College and continued to be a successful athlete; participating in field hockey, basketball and lacrosse all four years there. Currently a member of both the Glassboro State (now Rowan) Hall of Fame for her participation in college sports and also the Haddonfield High School Hall of Fame for outstanding coaching, Donna was a very popular, highly respected health and physical education teacher for 32 years. Always a high achiever, she was extremely active as a member of the high school staff in her role as senior class advisor for 14 years and a major fund raiser for all her students and athletes whenever they needed her talents and support.
Donna retired from coaching to watch her own children, Sean and Blake, in their respective basketball careers. Both boys went to Haddonfield Memorial High School excelling in the classroom and on the basketball court. Both boys were 1000 point scorers, captained and played on numerous championship teams. A graduate of the University of Richmond, Sean is currently a member of the Hugh Merkle Team at Prudential Fox & Roach Realtors and Blake is a student at St. Josephs University in Philadelphia.
Donna and her husband, Gary, have purchased and renovated properties on Seven Mile Island over many years of seashore real estate ownership. Gary, a very successful basketball coach in his own right, recently retired from his position as Athletic Director at Triton Regional High School. Moving full time to the island and starting new careers during this exciting phase of their lives has been their goal for many years.
A New Jersey Licensed Real Estate agent, Donna Wilson is extremely detail oriented, professional, energized, hard working, has a wonderful personality and is truly interested in creating customers, clients and friends for life as a very active and successful member of the Hugh Merkle Team @ Prudential Fox & Roach Realtors in the Avalon and Stone Harbor office.
