DISCLOSURE OF BUSINESS RELATIONSHIPS
For Buyers and Sellers of Real Property
(To comply with Federal and State Law)

This is to give you notice that Prudential Fox & Roach Realtors has business relationships with certain providers of services related to your sale or purchase of real estate. The name of the provider and the nature of the relationship is set forth below, and the estimated charge or range of charges generally made by such provider are provided on the reverse side of this form.

A. TRIDENT MORTGAGE COMPANY LP – (Mortgage bankers) Prudential Fox & Roach Realtors and Trident Mortgage Company LP have common ownership and financial interest.

B. TRIDENT INSURANCE AGENCY COMPANY – (Homeowners, auto, health and life insurance) Prudential Fox & Roach Realtors and Trident Insurance Agency Company LP have common ownership and financial interest.

C. TRIDENT LAND TRANSFER COMPANY OF NJ LP – (Title insurance agency, title examinations, and closing services). Prudential Fox & Roach Realtors and Trident Land Transfer Company of NJ LP have common ownership and financial interest.

You are not required to use Trident Mortgage Company LP, Trident Insurance Agency Company LP, or Trident Land Transfer Company of NJ LP as a condition for settlement of your loan on, or the purchase or sale of, the subject property. You may be able to get these services at a lower rate by shopping with other settlement service providers, (although Prudential Fox & Roach Realtors believes its Affiliates charges would be competitive with charges of other providers of the same Services). The sales associate you are working with has no ownership interest in any Affiliate.

You should also be aware that a mortgage lender is allowed to require you to use and pay for an attorney and/or credit reporting agency and/or real estate appraiser chosen to represent the mortgage lenders interest. Buyers hereby acknowledge their receipt and understanding of the foregoing disclosure.

YOU ARE UNDER NO OBLIGATION TO USE THE MORTGAGE SERVICES OF TRIDENT MORTGAGE COMPANY LP, WHICH IS AFFILIATED WITH THIS REAL ESTATE LICENSEE. YOU MAY OBTAIN YOUR MORTGAGE LOAN FROM ANOTHER SOURCE.
