The Rental Company offers you the option of purchasing a Property Damage Protector for $55 or $97.50 depending on the trip length, as insurance against your security deposit when reserving the residence. Property Damage Protector provides up to $3,000 to pay for losses due to theft or accidental damage to a covered home or condo. Enjoy your stay and receive more damage protection at a significantly less upfront cost than typical damage deposits. Selecting Property Damage Protector coverage will insure your security deposit against damage or theft. Please Note: Because Property Damage Insurance does not cover excessive cleaning extra charges and/or damage caused by negligence on the tenants part the security deposit will still be due along with your final renal payment. This is insurance on your Security Deposit money so if there is accidental damage or theft while you are on vacation your Security Deposit money will not be affected for this damage and or theft. The Property Damage Protector provides insurance coverage up to $3,000 per stay and is valid for the entire stay. By purchasing the Property Damage Protector you and your traveling companions , as long as it meets the conditions below may not be obligated to pay for damage or theft to the contents of the rental unit you occupy.

Property Damage Protector Does Not Cover:

Intentional acts of you, a guest and/or traveling companions;
Gross negligence or willful conduct;
Any loss, if you, a guest and/or traveling companions do not take reasonable and prudent measures to protect the residence;
Any loss, if you, a guest and/or traveling companions do not report the damage to The Rental Company staff by the time of vacating the residence;
Normal wear and tear;
Theft without forced entry;
Damage or loss caused by any pet or other animal allowed onto the premises by you, a guest and/or traveling companions.
